The cottage features a cozy living room-kitchen area, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a toilet, and a bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a lovely terrace and a spacious garden spanning 1500 m².

We have thoughtfully equipped the cottage with everything you might need during your stay. This includes a TV, DVD player, free wifi, radio with CD and USB capabilities, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. Additionally, there is a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and electric heating. Outdoor amenities such as garden furniture, a swing, private parking, and easy access to walking paths are also provided.

Located in Benodet, the largest classified resort in Finistère with a prestigious 5-star rating, our cottage boasts proximity to the stunning beach, scenic cornice, picturesque river Odet, and the enchanting Glénan Islands.

From Benodet, you can easily explore the entire Cornwall region, including places like Fouesnant, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan, Pont L'Abbé, Guilvinec, and La Pointe du Raz.

During the summer, our area offers a vibrant atmosphere with numerous high-quality and often free events and activities. Fest Noz, a traditional Breton festival, is just one of the many highlights you can enjoy during your stay.

Directions

Take the RN165 and take the Coat Conq exit. Proceed towards Benodet. Pass through Fouesnant and continue towards Benodet. After leaving the town of Fouesnant, drive for 4.2 km from the gendarmerie and keep heading towards Benodet. Look for the tab sign "Antiquités Brocante" and turn right onto Kermine road. The cottage will be located 1.2 km ahead on the left.
