Description:

Description for B&B:

My husband, a nurse, and I, a heavy vehicle driver, embarked on an exciting project to transform a 1929 mansion into a stunning bed and breakfast. Our goal was to preserve its historic charm while adding modern comforts. Nestled in the heart of Livradois Forez in Auvergne, we have created a beautiful retreat that includes two guest rooms, eight campsites, a treehouse, and two chalets surrounded by a lush forest.

Situated within a serene 6,400 m² wooded park, our property offers a tranquil atmosphere amidst the picturesque Thiers mountains. Just 10 km from Thiers, renowned as the capital of cutlery, and within 50 km of Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy, our guests have easy access to explore the wonders of our region.

We named our home "E lu chantauziau," meaning "birdsong" in Auvergnat, as it perfectly captures the enchanting sounds that fill our surroundings. Our park boasts natural springs and attracts a variety of wildlife, creating a truly immersive experience. We also have our own beloved pets.

To enhance your stay, we provide a library, board games, a henhouse, a garden, and various spaces for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. We happily welcome your furry companions to join you on your visit.
