Les Hirondelles is a newly refurbished farmhouse located in a quaint village, just a short 5-minute drive from Circuit Val de Vienne. This charming abode offers three comfortable bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features twin beds. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom for added convenience. Guests are also invited to relax in the lounge area, equipped with English and French television, as well as complimentary WiFi. Additionally, the expansive garden is at your disposal, and there is secure parking available onsite.

Situated in the picturesque Vienne countryside of the Poitou Charente department, this charming farmhouse has recently been renovated. With its own micro-climate, this area is known for being the second sunniest in France. The gite offers three beautifully decorated rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, all of which come with ensuite bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The cozy lounge area is furnished with comfortable settees and chairs, as well as an English/French flatscreen TV for your entertainment. Stay connected with the free WiFi available throughout the property. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample crockery and cutlery.

Travel Directions:
From the north: Travel on the D741 road from Poitiers towards Confolens. At the junction labeled "Le Vigeant/L'Isle Jourdain" (D10), make a left turn and then take the first left again, following the sign for "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin L'Ars". Continue on this road for slightly less than 1km, and you will arrive at the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right turn, and our house will be the third one on the right.

From the south: Starting from Confolens, take the D948 road towards Pressac. Just before exiting Pressac, take the right turn onto the D741 road (heading towards Poitiers). Continue on this road until you reach the junction with the D10, which is signposted as "Le Vigeant/L'Isle Jourdain". Turn right onto this road and then take the first left, following the sign for "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin L'Ars". Travel on this road for slightly less than 1km, and you will arrive at the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right turn, and our house will be the third one on the right.
