- Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, and various crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a vacuum cleaner and cooker.

- Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, dining table with 6 chairs, and a highchair.

- 2 bedrooms with comfortable 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and provisions for babies including a crib and an umbrella bed upon request.

- Bathroom with a washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack, and a separate toilet.

- Additional amenities include heating by electric radiators, iron and ironing board, and baby equipment such as high chairs, booster chairs, plastic tub, and toilet gear.

A little history: The Périgord region is divided into four colors symbolizing its distinct characteristics - White for the stone, Black for the truffle, Purple for the wine, and Green for its lush forests.

Price: The daily rate is 40, applicable for a 14-hour stay until the next morning at 10 am, regardless of the number of occupants. Please note that a security deposit of 150 is required, which will be refunded upon your departure if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Additionally, a reservation fee of 40 is required. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
