Maxime's House is a fully equipped, spacious accommodation perfect for family holidays. With two bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to five people, including babies and children. The house features a private outside space and a shared 11x5m swimming pool with just two other people.Located next to Sarah's house, Maxime's House is semi-detached but completely independent. It offers a large, quiet private terrace with garden furniture, shaded by a beautiful mélia tree. Inside, you will find modern amenities such as an 82 cm LCD TV and a DVD player.
The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cooker, and ironing facilities. The bathroom includes a bath, one washbasin, and a toilet on the first floor, while there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M. The shared use swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a large shared garden spanning 3000 m2.
Please note that Maxime's House is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of one week. The bedding configuration includes a ground floor bed measuring 160x200 and three beds on the first floor measuring 90x190.
The owners live on the property and are available to assist you during your stay.

House 1 is a spacious gite with a total area of 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including a comfortable 160X200 bed in one room and three cozy 90X190 beds in the other.When you choose to stay at House 1, you can enjoy the convenience of having household linen provided for you.
Currently, the availability of House 1 is as follows:
- From July 2, 2022, to July 16, 2022: The nightly rate is €230, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From July 16, 2022, to July 19, 2022: House 1 is already occupied during this period.
- From July 19, 2022, to July 23, 2022: The nightly rate is €230, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- From July 23, 2022, to September 7, 2022: House 1 is currently occupied.
- From September 7, 2022, to October 1, 2022: The nightly rate is €200, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
To ensure the protection of our property, we kindly request a refundable breakage deposit of €500.
We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the house clean upon departure. Alternatively, you have the option to add a final cleaning service for an additional €100.
