The "Cosy" bedroom covers an area of 23 m² and is furnished with charming light wooden furniture. The bed is a comfortable 160 x 200 and there is a small seating area. The private bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. The western exposed balcony offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. This room can accommodate one or two people.

To get there:

1. Take the Annecy exit on Highway A41.
2. Follow the N 508 towards Albertville until you reach the Doussard/Faverges roundabout.
3. Turn left onto the D 909 towards Talloires.
4. Pass by the restaurant "Le Kokopelly".
5. Slow down! After approximately 200m, take the second private road on your right.
6. Go uphill and turn left, and you will arrive at "Les Hauts de Verthier".

From Albertville:

1. Take the Ugine/Faverges/Doussard direction towards Annecy.
2. At the Doussard/Annecy roundabout, turn right onto the D909 towards Talloires.
3. Pass by the restaurant "Le Kokopelly".
4. Slow down! After approximately 200m, take the second private road on your right.
5. Go uphill and turn left, and you will arrive at "Les Hauts de Verthier".
