Description for B&B:

We offer a bed and breakfast in our house located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clémenceau square) and the main beach.

The room is approximately 13m2 and includes a cupboard for your personal belongings. You will also have access to a neighboring lounge (20m2) with a TV (Canal+).

The spacious shower room (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massaging jets, a sauna that will be available for your use, and a massaging armchair. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to the internet with a WIFI connection and we can provide a printer if you need to print any documents. Coffee and tea facilities are also available.

The swimming pool is heated from May 1st to October 30th and includes a counter-current swimming feature and a jacuzzi corner for your relaxation.

There are shops nearby and within a 15-minute walk, you will reach the city center where you can find beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque Biarritz market.

We are located 1.5 km from the "phare" golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium where you can find tennis courts.

Bus stops are close by and our location allows for quick access to the city center and its attractions as well as easy access to nearby towns like Bayonne and Anglet. We are also 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway, with easy access to Spain.

Parking is available in front of the house.

If you require it during your stay, we can provide access to our washing machine for an additional fee, and ironing can be done by yourself.

You will have an independent entrance and a welcome gift if you stay for 3 nights or more. Prices vary depending on the season, and tourist tax is not included.

Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, will be available to provide advice on outings, restaurants, golf, and anything else you need to make your stay in the region as enjoyable and family-friendly as possible.

Please note that we do not accept pets as we have a young Labrador who does not have access to the floor where your room is located.
