We have a charming little cottage available for rent in the picturesque hamlet of Roussac, located in the town of Roussac. It is conveniently situated only 30 minutes away from both Limoges and Bellac, and in close proximity to the beautiful Lac de St Pardoux, where you can enjoy beaches, water sports, and a country market.

This recently restored cottage exudes authenticity and offers a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a cozy mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, plus a toddler, this cottage provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Surrounded by numerous paths, you can take leisurely walks or bike rides to explore the stunning countryside.

The cottage is available for rent throughout the year, with dates to be agreed upon with the owners who live next door. Whether you are looking for a week-long getaway or a weekend retreat, this cottage is at your disposal.

As for pricing, we offer the following options:
- July/August: 300 euros per week
- Other months: 250 euros per week
- Year-round: 45 euros per night for two people, including a small breakfast.

Directions

You can easily reach our location by taking the A20 motorway from Limoges, which is just 30 minutes to the south. Alternatively, if you are coming from Bellac, it's only a short 15-minute drive.
