Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage measures 80m². It is also equipped with storage space, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, a pyrolysis oven, a mixed plate (4), a dishwasher, a color TV (with DVD), electric heating, and a telephone (with card access France Telecom). The cottage also has a cellar with a private washing machine, a private dryer, a private cumulus (250l), and freezer storage (shelves).

The cottage features a large covered terrace of 30m² that receives plenty of sunlight. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace (25m²) that can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a storage space (desk, shelves) and a cot. There is also a private bathroom with a sink (vanity), a bidet, a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet.

Directions

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll at Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs for Arreau-D929 for about 24 kilometers. Once you reach Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie and cross the bridge. Take the first road on the right, which leads to Bareilles. At the intersection of Jézeaux, keep right and continue towards Bareilles. After passing the town of Is, continue for another 3 kilometers until you reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find a parking spot, and take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right.
