Description for B&B:

Come and unwind in the stunning region of Sud-Goëlo, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the opportunity to explore the sea or the GR34 coastal pathways. Immerse yourself in the authentic beauty of Brittany, with its rugged landscapes and rich coastal history. Our warm and welcoming Anglo-French family is well-traveled and ready to accommodate you in our double, triple rooms, or family suites, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Each room comes with a small lounge area, television, and Wi-Fi throughout. In total, we have 3 family suites or 6 rooms, providing accommodation for approximately 15 people.

Our Pierre Loti Suite consists of two large rooms, La Bleue and La Rose, which can accommodate up to 6 people. These rooms share a modern shower room located between them. You can book both rooms together as a family suite, or if you book just one room, the other room will remain unoccupied, ensuring the bathroom remains private under one booking.

We also have our Maisonnette, a two-room suite called Nid d'Amour, which can accommodate up to 5 people. The upstairs bedroom features a large double bed and a single bed, while the downstairs lounge can be converted into a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed mattress and memory topper mattress. This suite has its own modern shower bathroom on the ground floor, making it suitable for those who prefer not to climb stairs. It also has a private entrance and a table with chairs in our courtyard garden for you to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Our smaller family suite, Rousseau-La Perouse, consists of a double bedroom called La Chambre Verte (usually prepared with 2 single beds or with an additional 3rd single bed upon request) and another bedroom called La Chambre Marine, featuring a large double bed and a TV. These rooms are situated on the second floor, and when booked together, you will have the entire floor to yourselves. This suite is ideal for families, friends, or couples who only book one room.

We frequently welcome tourists, business travelers, walkers, cyclists, and large groups who book multiple rooms. In the low season, prices start at 55 euros for one person, 65 euros for a couple, 75 euros for three people sharing a room, and 85 euros per night for the 2-room suite/maisonette, including breakfast. Please inquire or check the price table for rates during mid or high seasons. We also offer evening meals for guests to enjoy together, featuring Breton, French, or international cuisine. Our menus range from 15 to 35 euros per person, including drinks. We often incorporate organic fruits and vegetables from our garden, as well as local produce. Upon request and subject to availability, guests may use our family kitchen to prepare occasional meals or utilize the tea/coffee facilities in the guest rooms. Additionally, we provide a fully equipped summer kitchen in our spacious garden, complete with fridges for each suite/room, a gas cooker/oven, microwave, and a gas BBQ.

In summary, our accommodation options include:
- Chambre Rose: double or triple room with a large double bed (1.7 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Bleue: double or triple room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m)
- Maisonnnette (ground floor): double room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m) or as a lounge
- Maisonnette (top floor): double or triple room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Verte: room with 2 or 3 single beds (0.90 x 2m)
- Chambre Marine: room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m)

Our charming south-facing walled courtyard garden is filled with beautiful plants, including roses, lavenders, hydrangeas, wisteria, and herbs. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors on warm days. Our large private garden offers sunbeds, various dining areas, including a long table that can accommodate up to 12-15 people, and a BBQ area. Multiple seating areas are available for relaxation, whether you want to read a book or enjoy a refreshing drink. We also have a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a wooden swing for children near our vegetable plot. Our sheep, hens, and two friendly cats will provide entertainment during your stay.

Conveniently located, our house is approximately 400m from the village center, a 15-minute walk (900m) to the nearest beach or the famous GR34 coastal pathway, and a short 2-5 minute drive to several other sandy beaches. Throughout the year, the local area hosts numerous tourist activities and traditional festivals, showcasing specialties such as scallops, cod, chestnuts, Breton dancing, sailors' songs, and Celtic music. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday, experiencing the perfect blend of land and sea, nature, and the rich cultural heritage of Brittany.

We are also situated between two other attractive regions of North Brittany: the Emerald Coast and the Pink Granite Coast, both reachable by car in approximately 25-45 minutes (depending on the destination). Interesting towns such as Rennes and Saint Malo are just 1.15 hours away, while Mont Saint Michel can be reached in 1.30 hours. We highly recommend a visit to the lovely Island of Bréhat, the first registered national heritage natural site in France, accessible by boat from either Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, both located near our home.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for special seasonal offers or discounts for longer stays. We wish you a fantastic holiday and hope to see you soon.
