On the other hand, the house also embraces modernity with its well-equipped living room. The kitchen area boasts a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, four induction hotplates, a combined grill-microwave oven, while the dining area offers a table with four chairs made of Altuglas material. The living area is furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa, ottoman, nesting tables, and an adjustable flat-screen TV.

In terms of accommodation, there is one bedroom with a double four-poster bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. Additionally, the house features a spacious bathroom complete with a sink, shower cabin, and toilet.
