We offer cozy apartments equipped with modern amenities such as TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless Internet. Additionally, each room is equipped with a personal safe. Our location is conveniently situated just 100 yards away from the bus stop, providing easy access to transportation. Guests can also enjoy complimentary bikes and nearby shops. The subway, railway station, and airport shuttle are all within a 3-minute walk. Our rates start at 340 Q1 for a 30m2 apartment, 400 for a 40m2 T2, and 460 for a spacious 60m2 T2bis. A final cleaning service is available for an additional fee of 60 per apartment. We also offer optional extras such as bed linen for 20 per bed and a garage for 6 per night. Guests can enjoy catered meals and beauty or hairdressing services in the comfort of their apartment. To make a reservation, we accept payment via check, bank transfer, or cash (30% of rental cost). TRAVEL DIRECTIONS:

If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station.

If you prefer to drive, Toulouse has direct motorway links to the main capitals of Europe in both the North and South. You can take the A61 to reach Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Barcelona; the A62 to get to Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, and Paris; the A64 to reach Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, and San Sebastian; the A68 to reach Lavaur and Albi; and the A66 to reach Pamiers, Foix, and Andorra.

If you choose to come by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is only 15/20 minutes away from downtown by taxi. It takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus that goes to the station, which is also just a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The round trip fare is 4 euros, and 6 euros for a return ticket.
