Welcome to our cottage located at the foot of the ski slopes in the beautiful Pyrenees. This ski resort in Mourtis, Boutx (High Garonne-31) offers a cozy country cottage that can accommodate 12 to 14 people, perfect for both summer and winter getaways.

The cottage is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, 6 comfortable rooms, 2 toilets, a shower, and a television. With an altitude of 1,500 meters, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking views.

The location is also great for exploring the area, with Happy St just 8 km away and the border only 13 km away. In addition to skiing on the piste and ski touring, you can enjoy various activities such as mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and hydrotherapy.

The cottage is available for free all year round. During winter, the rental price is 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays), while in summer, it is 650 euros per week. For other periods, the rental price is 500 euros per week. All utilities are included in the price.
