Description for B&B:

Experience the enchantment of a historical stone guesthouse that embraces both its rich past and a visionary future. Nestled amidst woodlands, rivers, oceans, and ancient mountains in the heart of Brittany, La Tisserande, the Weaver of Water, eagerly awaits your arrival.

Whether you are a solo traveler, a couple seeking a romantic getaway in nature, a family, or a group of friends, La Tisserande caters to all. Immerse yourself in the mythical legends of this magical region or escape the monotony of daily life for a moment of tranquility, self-care, and forest-bathing. At La Tisserande, we have the ability to bring your desires to life.

Our XVII-century flax-farm and linen-weavery serve as the perfect base for exploring the region in every direction. But your vacation here holds a purpose beyond personal enjoyment. 100% of the proceeds from La Tisserande support La SOURCE Center for Research & Creation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to Love-Studies. By investing in your own adventure, you contribute to ongoing research, making this our "raison d'être."

Step into a realm of imagination where secret beauty awaits at every turn, where harmony with the earth is nurtured. We believe in an ecological lifestyle and strive to learn more about our shared home, this marvelous planet.

Our team consists of four passionate coordinators, accompanied by a mini-dog, three hens, a gus, a duck, and eleven goats. Together, we are here to serve you, the project, and ultimately, the world.

In 2012, we renovated our Maison d'Hôtes de Charme using ecological and natural materials. Luxurious linens from Linvosges, washed with organic, body-safe, and earth-safe detergents, adorn our high-end memory foam mattresses, ensuring a restful sleep and energizing start to your day. Our organic, body-safe, and earth-safe soap, body wash, and shampoo are customized and sourced locally.

Choose from our range of accommodations, including a duplex suite for three people, a duplex suite for four people, a double bedroom suite for four people, and a fully equipped independent cottage for two to three people. All rooms offer open access to the heated pool.

We take pleasure in sharing our expansive and slightly wild garden with you, filled with peaceful corners for picnicking or basking in the sun. As a traditional French "corps de ferme," our property is designed with a central meeting place amidst the stone buildings.

Our Hearth, a fusion of Earth and Heart, is available for you to enjoy. Twice a week, we offer Table d'Hôtes, and during the summer, we cook directly with wood fire in our kitchen. Outside of these times, feel free to utilize this space to prepare your own meals.
