The Discount is a delightful 3-bedroom house in the heart of Tuchan, nestled within the scenic Cathar Country. Recently renovated, this charming house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living and dining area, complete with a pool table. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Outside, there is an adult-only swimming pool (8.5mx 5m), along with a summer kitchen, terraces, a garden, and private parking. Please note that picnics are not permitted around the pool or in the garden.

The village of Tuchan offers all the amenities you need, including a small supermarket, a bar-restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, doctors, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and a renowned wine cooperative.

Nearby attractions include the Aguilar Castle, dating back to the 11th century, as well as the Cathar Castles such as Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, and the Fontfroide Abbey. The village of Durban, located 17km from Tuchan, also features a castle from the 12th century.

If you're looking for a day trip, the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is 80km away, while Perpignan and Narbonne are 40km and 50km away, respectively.
