This tastefully restored and decorated outbuilding is located on a beautiful country estate, where the art of living is practiced daily. It is the perfect destination for a wonderful "green" holiday. With a third-grade classification from Gîtes de France, this accommodation offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The outbuilding spans a total of 86m² and includes a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and two cozy bedrooms. The interior is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and equipment, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.
Outside, you will find a private terrace complete with comfortable chairs, a table, parasol, and barbecue. Additionally, there are deck chairs available for relaxation in the expansive 4-acre park-garden, which is designed in the charming English style. The park-garden is shared with the owners and boasts over 250 varieties of trees and shrubs, creating a serene environment where more than 50 species of birds have been identified.
The south-facing living room spans 23m² and features a sitting area with a Chesterfield settee and club chairs, as well as a TV and HiFi system. The dining area offers a large, comfortable dining table for enjoying meals.
The fully-equipped kitchen covers 14m² and includes vitro-ceramic cooking rings, a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and all necessary small appliances. You will also find quality plates and dishes, along with a breakfast table and chairs.
The beautifully tiled bathroom features an Italian-style shower area, wash-basin, toilet, and washing machine.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms measuring 14m² and 19m², respectively. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, and one offers a double bed while the other has two single beds. There is also a toilet and wash-basin on the landing, along with an iron, ironing table, and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

If you are approaching from the north or east on the A67 motorway, you will need to take exit N° 7 at Agen. Once you pass through the toll gate, make a left turn and continue on the D931 for approximately 38 kilometers until you reach Condom.
When you arrive in Condom, continue through the town following the signs for “Eauze” and “Pau”. As you reach the halfway point of the town, you will cross the river Baïse. About 100 meters after crossing the stone bridge, you will come across a roundabout. Take the left exit at the roundabout and after approximately 400 meters, you will spot a hardware store called “OUTILMARCHE” on your left. Right across from this store, take the road on your right, which is the D114, and follow the sign that says “Fourcès 12”. After traveling 2.8 kilometers, you will find the sign for “Lascabanes Ouest” on your right, indicating the entrance to your holiday destination.
