Hello and welcome,

I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, which features a tranquil garden filled with lush greenery and beautiful flowers.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for stays in the months of July and August. The price indicated is per night, per room.

The location of the house offers convenient access to various amenities and attractions, including:
- A bus stop nearby
- Bayonne city center and train station just 5 minutes away
- Beaches only a 10-minute drive
- Biarritz airport within 20 minutes
- Spain can be reached within 25 minutes

During your stay, I would be happy to provide you with information about this stunning region and assist you with any tourist information you may require to ensure a wonderful experience.

*** The Rooms:
I offer three comfortable and pleasant bedrooms, all located on the upper floor. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed fiber internet. The room options are as follows:
- SECRETS bedroom (Room No.1, blue): Features a spacious 160 cm bed and offers a view of the garden.
- DREAMS room (Room No.2, golden): Offers a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden.
- TALES room (Room No.3, grey): Provides two 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed.

The room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum of two people per room). You have the option to book one, two, or all three bedrooms, accommodating up to six people.

Household linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Additionally, a tumble dryer and washing machine are available on-site for an extra fee.

The shared toilets are easily accessible. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors, but you may smoke outside. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please be aware that the entire house is not available for rent.
- Rentals during July and August require a minimum stay of two nights or a full week. Monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

*** Dining Options:
You have the option to bring your own breakfast during your stay. Alternatively, I offer a breakfast service for an additional fee of 7 per person (reservation required in advance). The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, rusks or brioche, butter and jam, and fruit juice. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

*** Additional Features:
Enjoy a sense of well-being with the following amenities:
- Guests staying in Room No.1 or Room No.2 will receive a complimentary one-hour session in the private spa, which includes a choice of bubble drink from the Champagne region, tea or fruit juice, and delectable treats.
- Take advantage of a special welcome offer of 10% off treatments at the massage and well-being salon. More details can be found on the Bulle d'Eden website (available to all guests).

*** Further Information:
- Outdoor activities can be arranged upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons.
- Tourist guides and board games are available for your enjoyment.
- Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.

*** Rates: Please remember that the rental is per room and requires a minimum stay of two nights (maximum of two people per room).
