You can rent our gîte for a minimum of 3 nights by signing a rental contract and making a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Additionally, a refundable deposit of €300 is required. We will provide bed linen and make the beds upon your arrival (8 beds available). At the end of your stay, there is a cleaning fee of €80. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night.

Our charming gîte, Les Palmiers, is a delightful accommodation option that has been awarded a 3-star rating and holds 3 Clévacances keys. With a spacious area of 110 m2 spread across two levels, this gîte can comfortably accommodate up to 8 individuals. Offering year-round availability, Les Palmiers is a brand new property that guarantees your utmost comfort, and includes complimentary wifi internet access.

Whether you are seeking a relaxing holiday, hosting an event, or simply looking to be in close proximity to friends or family, Les Palmiers is the perfect choice. Situated in the heart of Gémozac, you will find all necessary amenities and medical services within walking distance. As part of our Le Clos de Gémozac property, you will have access to local services that will enhance your overall experience.

The ground floor of Les Palmiers features a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. For your convenience, basic necessities and cleaning products are provided. Additionally, the living room boasts an 80cm LED Smart TV screen, ensuring your entertainment needs are met. The bathroom on this level includes a spacious vanity unit (90), a walk-in shower (90x160 cm), a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Furthermore, there are separate toilets with a washbasin.

On the upper level, the sleeping area consists of three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable 2-person bed (140x200), while Bedroom 2 provides two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3 features a 2-person bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190). An additional bathroom is available, which includes a vanity unit (90), a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.

The fully enclosed private garden is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It features a terrace with tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue and a tancarville. Guests are welcome to use the table tennis table and additional barbecue provided for their enjoyment.

Please note that a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night applies. To ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gîte. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing your pets, as we have our own dogs and cats on the premises.
