Description for Gite

Look no further for your perfect holiday cottage in Guadeloupe! Lamatéliane Estate offers a delightful retreat for families, couples, or friends, just a stone's throw away from the National Park. This is the ideal holiday destination in Guadeloupe.

Conveniently situated, you can easily explore both Basse Terre and Grande Terre without traveling long distances from your accommodation. Surrounded by lush banana plantations, sugar cane fields, and pineapple farms, and located next to the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe, Lamatéliane Estate welcomes you to a green oasis that guarantees comfort, tranquility, and independence.

For your Caribbean getaway, our area has been recommended by Routard and Petit Fûté since 2008. We offer four wooden cottages, inspired by Creole architecture, nestled in a magnificent 3000 m² garden - a true seaside haven for relaxation.

Each cottage is fully soundproofed with double glazing and features a kitchen that opens onto a terrace, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a ventilated and air-conditioned living room that can serve as a second bedroom with three single beds, as well as TV, DVD player, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Our cottages can accommodate between 1 and 5 people, including families with babies who will be provided with a complimentary full kit.

The vibrant and warm colors of the decor beautifully capture the charm of the Caribbean. Each cottage has its own private covered terrace of 20m², which connects to the kitchen and living room.

The estate also offers a secure deck area with a pool, a hut, and loungers for sunbathing. Guests have free access to a BBQ, WiFi, and private parking. Nearby, you will find shops for your convenience. Linens are provided, and each cottage has its own washing machine. Cleaning services are also available upon request.
