Located 200 m from Lake Orta in the village of Oira (Common Nonio), this Host / Guesthouse House is a two-story country house that has been partially renovated while preserving its architectural period structure.

The first floor features a charming outdoor courtyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. Inside, the arches and paintings create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

On the second floor, there is a beautiful balcony that offers expansive spaces and newer wooden structures. The high ceiling adds to the allure of the space.

The large windows not only provide optimal brightness but also connect the interior and exterior seamlessly. The bright yellow color scheme promotes a sense of relaxation and constant enjoyment of the surroundings.
