Welcome to A Casa di Sognu cottage in the beautiful town of San Gavino, Figari. This independent apartment is located on the lower level of a villa, accessible by stairs. The highlight of this apartment is the 40m² terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding plain.Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. We also provide crockery for 8 people and all necessary kitchen utensils. Linen is provided for your convenience.
Outside, there is an additional terrace with a built-in barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque as the space and equipment are provided.
Located in the peaceful and picturesque hamlet of San Gavinu, you will experience a restful and tranquil stay. There is no visual or sound pollution, allowing you to sleep peacefully and even stargaze.
The surrounding area offers plenty of outdoor activities, panoramic landscapes, and hiking opportunities. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio, supermarkets, and shops are just a 30-minute drive away, while Bonifacio is also within a 30-minute reach. The beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna are just 15 minutes away.
The nearby villages of Figari and Pianottoli are a short 12-minute drive away. Figari offers a town hall, pharmacy, post office, Spar market, bars, restaurants, and local cheese and cold meat shops. Pianottoli has two medium-sized supermarkets, a Spar, bakery, post office, bar, and several restaurants. On the road to the beaches, you will find four more restaurants, one of which has a swimming pool.
The apartment itself consists of a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The living room is 15m² and features a dining table, sofa, and a Bluetooth-controlled Hi-Fi system for you to enjoy your favorite music.
There are two bedrooms, both measuring 9m². The first bedroom has three 90 beds, including two bunk beds, a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom has a 140 bed, a spacious closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a view of the terrace and the beautiful surroundings.
A reserved parking space is available for your convenience, and the cleaning service is included. The owner lives above the apartment and will provide excellent care and ensure your tranquility throughout your stay.
