- Twin Room: £50.00
- Single Room: £30.00

To secure the booking of the room(s), a ten pound deposit is required. The deposit can be paid on the secure server of our website at http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Please note that credit card payments are accepted, but debit card payments will be charged an extra 3%. We do not accept cheques as a form of payment.

We have a 5-day cancellation notice policy. Failure to cancel the room(s) within the given time frame will result in the full amount of money being charged for the booked room(s) and day(s). If the booking was made through an agency, the cancellation must be made with them. Failure to cancel with the agency will result in being charged the full amount.

All accounts must be paid upon arrival in cash or credit card. We do not accept cheques.

The price includes either a full or vegetarian breakfast.

To reach Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or International Railway Station, you can take a black cab taxi outside the terminal or catch the (900) bus, which runs every half hour. Ask the bus driver to inform you when you arrive at the Swan Centre, as we are just a short walk away.

If you are arriving by car, from Birmingham International Airport, head towards junction (4 M6) or junction (6 M42). Continue straight on at the overhead set of traffic lights, passing by Sheldon and the Wheatsheaf Hotel. Keep going up the hill, passing by Macdonalds, Mr Spice Pub & Restaurant, a row of shops, Michaels Super Market, and a row of houses. At the clay lane pedestrian crossing, you will find us on the left.

From Birmingham City Centre, you can catch the (58 or 60) bus, with the bus stop located near Marks & Spencer's Store. Ask the driver to inform you when you reach the Swan Centre Yardley.

There are various local places to visit nearby, including Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:

We strive to accommodate the needs of most visitors in our 5-bedroom guesthouse, which is based in a converted ordinary house. However, there may be some limitations due to the building's construction. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at Tel: 0121 7067757.

The front porch of the guesthouse has two large 7" steps, followed by another 7" step into the hallway. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the first floor bedrooms requires climbing 16 steps to a small landing. The second floor bedrooms are accessed by an additional fifteen steps and another small landing. Unfortunately, there is no lift available.
