This charming Basque house is located just 2km from the town center of Sare, providing easy access to all amenities such as pharmacies, bakeries, delicatessens, and a SPAR supermarket. Additionally, there is a medical group with various healthcare professionals including doctors, dentists, osteo physiotherapists, nurses, podiatrists, and speech therapists. The area also boasts a number of bars and restaurants for dining and entertainment options.

The highlight of the property is the beautiful bean-shaped family pool, which features a progressive landing from 140cm to 180cm in depth. For added safety, there is a security alarm installed. Each holidaymaker can enjoy sunbathing with provided loungers. Additionally, there is a boulodrome with approved dimensions for those who enjoy playing pétanque.

Surrounded by a large enclosed garden of 1,500m2 with trees, the house offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. The spacious terrace overlooks the pool, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the view. There is also a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue for outdoor cooking.

The property features a large car park with an electric gate for convenient and secure parking. Inside the comfortable 165m2 house, there is accommodation for 8 to 10 people. The main floor consists of a large living/dining room, a beautiful closed fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms with double beds (two in 160cm and two in 140cm), a mezzanine with two single beds, a bathroom, and two separate toilets.

The house is ideally located in a green setting, only 5 minutes from the Spanish border. It is also within a short drive of popular coastal destinations such as St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and their beaches (15 minutes), Bidart, Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne (25 minutes), and San Sebastian (45 minutes). Hossegor/Capbreton can be reached in 45 minutes as well.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi during their stay, and both Netflix and Amazon Prime are included for entertainment purposes. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, despite the owners' love for them. The property is situated in a quiet and residential area, so it is not suitable for young revelers.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. The house is registered with the town hall and the tourist office, ensuring a high standard of quality and compliance.
