This charming stone house with a medieval tower and surrounding park is located on the Pilat plateau, just 25 km from St Etienne, 80 km from Lyon and Le Puy. It is an adjoining property to the owners' house, offering a peaceful and historic retreat. The house is situated on the raised ground floor, with a separate entrance and houses back to back configuration.

Inside, the house features a spacious living room/kitchen area, as well as a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and original wainscoting. There are two bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the vaulted tower staircase. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two 120 cm wide beds respectively. The house also includes a convenient shower room and is equipped with a DVD/CD player for entertainment.

For comfort during your stay, the house is centrally heated. Additionally, there is a private 300 sq. m garden for you to enjoy. The owners have lovingly restored the property, keeping its historical charm intact and preserving the authentic feel of an old manor house.

Conveniently, there are shops located nearby for your everyday needs. Please note that heating is available at an additional cost of 38E per week or 20E per weekend.
