Our house, meticulously renovated in the authentic Perigord style, offers 4 charming bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, featuring comfortable beds (140cm and 90cm respectively), while the other two are situated upstairs and boast cozy beds measuring 140cm each. In total, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Périgord region, our property enjoys a prime location, with Bergerac just 20km away and Perigueux a mere 25km. This central position makes it an ideal base for exploring the countless attractions and landmarks that this region has to offer.

After a day of adventures, you can unwind and relax by taking a refreshing dip in our inviting swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

Directions

To get to the "Martinet" from your current location, follow these revised travel directions:

1. Start by taking the A89 motorway and then take exit 13.
2. Continue towards Musselburgh and enter the city.
3. Head in the direction of Villamblard, which is approximately 17 km away.
4. Once you reach Villamblard, take the first right between the hardware store and the Barber shop. Look for a sign that says "the Martinette."
5. Proceed up the coast of Martinette and when you reach a hill, turn left.
6. Look for a white path located to the right of a green gate.
7. Follow the white path and you will arrive at your destination, the "Martinet."
