We provide a continental buffet breakfast that is included in the price of your stay. Additionally, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a secure storage area for items such as bicycles, fishing tackle, and skis. We can also arrange an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne and packed lunches upon request.

Our accommodation features two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one family room. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a shower, sink, and toilet. You will also find amenities such as a flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD slot, a hairdryer, a fan, and tea and coffee making facilities. For your comfort, we have provided memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Bath towels are provided, but we kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels for swimming. Additionally, guests have access to a communal fridge/freezer.

Please note that our rooms are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted within the grounds.

The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are located 3km away. If you're interested in exploring further, the Mediterranean beaches and the entrance to Spain are just over an hour's drive away. Within a half-hour drive, you can also find a swimming lake and the Dinosaur Museum. For skiing enthusiasts, the nearest ski resort is just under an hour's drive away. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the 21 captivating sites of the Cathar Country.

It's worth noting that the Tour de France typically passes by our property, including on the 6th of July, 2013.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, another bedroom with a luxurious super king size bed, and a spacious lounge/dining room that opens up to a lovely decked terrace through patio doors. The bathroom is equipped with a large jet shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience. Additionally, guests will enjoy shared access to a refreshing swimming pool.
