Welcome to our lovely, convenient, and completely private bed and breakfast. This high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom is located in a separate building on the property of a beautiful Mediterranean home in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles. You will have a private entrance with french doors and the entire space is spotlessly clean.

The property itself is adorned with fountains and beautiful landscape, creating a serene environment. Feel free to relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants. The fully furnished apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your retreat, such as a stocked fridge (with juice, tea, and water), a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is clean and has a shower. The bed is a top-quality queen bed with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and down-alternative quilts.

Breakfast is included and consists of fair-trade coffee/tea, croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese. The location is conveniently situated 10-15 minutes away from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. It is also just two blocks away from the freeway entrance and one block from a bus stop. Culver City, known for its theaters, restaurants, farmers market, and historic attractions, can be reached within a 10-minute drive or bike ride. The beach is easily accessible either by direct route or by taking the bike path to Venice. Additionally, Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are just a 10-minute drive away.

The owner of the property speaks French and Spanish and is available to assist with planning your stay and providing information about the area. Amenities include free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and a very strong and fast internet connection.

Free parking is available, and we provide a hairdryer and iron for your convenience. The studio's water is filtered, and we also provide filtered drinking water. The shower heats up quickly and provides hot water. Meals and laundry service are available for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment.
