This description is for a charming village house situated on the outskirts of a forest. It is an old property with its own unique character and is completely separate from other houses. The house can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people.

The property boasts a spacious enclosed garden spanning 600m², providing a private and secure outdoor space. Additionally, there is ample parking available outside the house, as well as a private and enclosed courtyard.

Inside the house, there is a large fully equipped kitchen that offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.

The living room, which is 30m² in size, features a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm each), a TV, and wifi access.

There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160cm) for a restful night's sleep.

The property also includes a convenient shower room and separate toilet.

For added convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

Upon arrival, guests will find the beds made and high-quality linen provided. Towels are also supplied.

There is a designated area available for storing bicycles if needed.

Directions

To reach us, take the exit for Nuits Saint Georges on the A31 motorway. From there, follow the D25 and D35 towards Sombernon. Once you pass Villars Fontaine, take the second left onto Messanges road. Continue on this small road until you reach the village. Our location is at #20 Street vines on the left side.
