This private room spans 12 m² and features a comfortable 140 cm bed for two people. It is equipped with a bedside table, desk and chair, and a cupboard with mirrored sliding fronts. The room overlooks the swimming pool and has a window with a mosquito net. Rest assured that the bedroom is your personal space, untouched by us for bed making or cleaning.

The villa is a single-story property with a swimming pool, occupying a 1200 m² plot of land that offers privacy and faces southeast. Bed and bathroom linen are provided, and outdoor parking is available. There is also the option of a closed garage.

Additionally, the villa is equipped with internet connectivity. The shared spaces with the owners (a couple) include the living room and an open kitchen. The living room features a TV, table, chairs, and an American fridge. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom boasts a jet shower and a bathtub, while the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The swimming pool is treated with an electrolyzer, ensuring that no chlorine is used and the water quality is similar to that of the sea. It undergoes daily cleaning and meticulous water quality control. You can also enjoy the spacious and sheltered terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a deckchair for relaxation and sunbathing.
