The spacious open plan living room and dining room feature a grand fireplace, while the kitchen area is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Complimentary Internet access (broadband), satellite TV, and informative materials about the surrounding area are also provided.

Access to the first floor is through a beautiful wrought iron staircase, crafted on-site. Here, you will find three double bedrooms, each furnished with a writing table and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom boasts a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Separating the bedrooms is a cozy television room that can be curtained off and includes a double sofa bed.

For added comfort, the entire house is centrally heated, in addition to the warmth provided by the large fireplace in the open plan living/dining room.

Outside, there are two private gardens on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen area, a covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture offers a delightful spot for al fresco dining. The second garden features a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, accompanied by a shaded poolhouse and shower. For the safety of children, the pool area is terraced and secured.

As pet owners ourselves, we are open to considering pets, and naturally, children are warmly welcomed.
