Pascal, Valérie, and their 5 children, Gabriel, Valentin, Thimothé, Rosalys, and Pénelope, invite you to stay in one of their 5 peaceful and comfortable lodgings. They guarantee the best welcome and are eager to share their passion for the beautiful region of Ardeche with you.Set amidst a vast property spanning 60 hectares, adorned with ancient olive trees and oaks, the lodgings of the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret can be found within the outbuildings of a grand courtyard. The historical charm of the estate has been carefully preserved, including features such as a traditional bread oven, arched sheepfold, olive oil production area, barn, well, exposed stone walls, and a charming basin.

Directions
To find us, follow these directions: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, take the ALES direction. After 200 m, make a left turn. Continue on the road towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu) for approximately 2.5 km. You will come across a small, narrow, and winding tourist road. Once you reach the Grads sign, you'll see our farmhouse on the left. Look for a blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
