Description:

Description for B&B:

'Murier Blanc is a charming villa with its own private entrance located in a quiet lane beside the main development. The front drive offers ample parking space for at least three cars. Surrounding the property, you will find a spacious tiled area and deep shrub borders, providing a sense of privacy. The lawns at the front and far side of the villa are encircled by a well-maintained hedge, carefully trimmed to ensure uninterrupted views of the beautiful valley and distant hills.

Inside, the villa features a large open plan American style kitchen, dining, and sitting areas at the heart of the property. The bedrooms are situated on either side of this central area, allowing for two distinct sleeping arrangements. One side comprises two double bedrooms, which can be set up as twins or doubles, separated by a generously sized shower room. On the other side, you will find the master bedroom with an en suite shower room. French doors from the master bedroom lead to the covered terrace at the front of the villa, where you can enjoy the breathtaking south-facing views. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, along with luxurious LOccitane bathroom products.

The kitchen can be accessed through the back door and features a small Utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. Equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and more, the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining area boasts a substantial French style rustic table and six chairs. Beyond this, you will find a cozy seating area with two large linen-covered sofas, a coffee table, and a TV and CD/DVD player. Large patio windows allow you to make the most of the stunning views. A door from this area leads to the covered terrace, where a spacious glass-topped table and six chairs await, providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining in any weather. Just a short flight of steps away from the garden, you will find the main pool with a sun deck, loungers, parasols, and a boules court. Although shared with approximately five other houses and two apartments, the pool is rarely crowded, as many of the other properties on the site have their own private pools.

The entire site is meticulously maintained and offers excellent amenities, including an on-site restaurant and a boutique hotel with a spa, where you can book various treatments. The spa features a hamman and Jacuzzi, which are particularly enjoyable if you visit during the early spring or late autumn when the outdoor pools may not be open.'
