To reach the property, start by taking the Lannion/Bégard exit (D767) from the N12. From there, follow the signs for Cavan and take the exit onto D33. Turn left, then right onto D33 towards Roche Derrien/Mantallot. After passing through Mantallot, look for a signpost indicating Langoat at a crossroads where you'll notice a restaurant on your right. At the top of the hill, you'll encounter another crossroads, where you should take a left turn. Continue straight and take another left at the end of the road.
