Le Mont Dore, described as a "wholesome and civilized" town in the Rough Guide, is a charming spa town and a hub for both winter and summer sports. It is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts, including walkers, cyclists, skiers (during winter), and anyone who loves the great outdoors.Located just a short 5-8 minutes' walk from the town center, Le Mont Dore offers a variety of affordable cafes, restaurants, and an array of activities such as riding stables, a summer luge, ice rink, and indoor bowling. Additionally, there are numerous outdoor activities available, such as hiking, cycling, an adventure park in the forest called "accrobranche," as well as skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. We are more than willing to assist in arranging guides and equipment rentals for these activities.
All of our rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and we provide a terrace and lounge area for our guests to relax. Our bed and breakfast accommodations offer excellent value for money, with no additional charges during peak seasons. The rate for our rooms starts at 64 euros for two people sharing, 46 euros for single occupancy, and only 74 euros for our family room, suitable for two adults and two children under 18.
To enhance our guests' dining experience, we have two barbecues available on the terrace, as well as a small fridge, microwave/grill, and a grill/raclette in the dining room for those who prefer to eat in. Additionally, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, wine, and beer for our guests to enjoy.

Directions
There is a frequent train/autocar service available for travel from Clermont Ferrand to Le Mont Dore. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes from Junction 25 of the A89 and around 40 minutes from A75.
