Directions

To reach the Château de Villeneuve, you have several options:

- If you prefer flying, you can book a flight with Ryanair from London or Brussels to Carcassonne airport.
- If you prefer traveling by train, you can take a train to Carcassonne station, operated by SNCF.
- If you prefer using the bus, there is a Carcassonne to Montolieu route available. You can check the timetable for more details.

If you choose to drive, here are the directions based on your starting point:

- If you are coming from Toulouse, take the A61 motorway and exit at Castelnaudary. Then, follow RN113 towards Carcassonne. Once you reach the Alzonne exit, take the D8 road. When you reach Montolieu, continue through the village towards Saissac and Revel. After 2 km, you'll see a small road on the right with a sign indicating "Villeneuve". The castle is just a short distance from there.

- If you are coming from Narbonne, take the A61 motorway towards Toulouse. Exit at Carcassonne Ouest and then follow RN113 towards Toulouse. After passing Pezens, turn right towards Revel and continue past Moussoulens. In Montolieu, continue through the village towards Saissac and Revel. After 2 km, you'll see a small road on the right with a sign indicating "Villeneuve". The castle is just a short distance from there.
