Our beautifully restored Manor house, dating back to the 18th century, offers a glimpse into history. With meticulous renovations, we now proudly present four guest bedrooms, adorned with charming beamed ceilings, gothic arched windows, and cozy beds. Each bedroom also boasts en-suite facilities for your convenience. Start your day with a delightful breakfast served in our grand living room, spanning an impressive 50m2. Feel free to explore our extensive landscaped garden, a perfect setting for a leisurely stroll. Please note that due to the bedrooms being located on the 1st floor, our home may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.

To reach St Martin du Bois, a village located on the D78, follow these travel directions:

- From Paris, it will take approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.
- From Nantes, it will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- From Rennes, it will take approximately 1 hour.
- From Laval, it will take approximately 40 minutes.
- From Angers, it will take approximately 30 minutes.

Once you reach St Martin du Bois, look for the bar called "Bosco" in the village. From there, take the direction towards Montreuil sur Maine. Our gates will be on the right side after 150 meters.
