The Avalenn bedroom is located on the ground floor with a view of the garden and has its own independent access. It can sleep 2 people and has an ensuite shower room and toilet. The two single beds can be joined together to form a large double bed with a king-size quilt.

The Perenn bedroom is located above the dining room and can be accessed via a private staircase. It can sleep 2 people and has a standard double bed. The ensuite shower room has a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The family suite is a detached cottage overlooking the garden, perfect for families or small groups of friends who prefer self-catering. It includes a living room with a sofa and armchairs, a kitchen/dining area, a lobby, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is Bedroom 1 with 2 twin beds and Bedroom 2 with 2 divan beds that can be converted into a double bed with a king-size quilt.

Additional amenities include a dining room with a sitting area and a stove, a kitchen available for use in the evening by guests staying in the Avalenn and Perenn rooms, a heated drying/laundry room with drying racks, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. There is also an outbuilding available to store bikes and equipment, as well as an enclosed shady garden with tables and chairs.

Directions

Directions from Plonévez du Faou village to Parcou hamlet:

1. Head towards the roundabout located at the northern end of the main street in Plonévez du Faou.
2. Take the exit marked D136 Lannédern (rue de Kermaria) at the roundabout. Then, immediately take the first road on your left, signposted as Marchy, Parcou, Meslé.
3. Continue along this road for 1 km, and the third left turn will lead you to Parcou.
4. As you enter the village, our house will be the first one on the right. Look for the signposts from the roundabout indicating CHAMBRES Ti ar Rederien Parcou.
