To ensure a better welcome for our guests, the guest room is temporarily closed for complete interior and exterior renovations. Our guest room, Les Fougereaux, is situated in the charming village of Chassenard in Allier (03), just a short distance from Burgundy (Saône et Loire) and a 10-minute drive from Digoin. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside. Les Fougereaux is available for bookings from April to the beginning of October. Set on a private and fully enclosed plot of 2912 m², surrounded by nature, this location is truly a haven.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a family of four, including two adults and two children (Laura and Katrine), who share custody. As a dog breeder, we have Cavalier King Charles, English Cocker Spaniel, and German Shepherd breeds. The dogs have their own kennels, positioned away from guest areas to avoid any disturbance during arrivals and departures. We kindly request that you refrain from approaching the dogs to prevent them from barking. During the day, privacy screens are in place to ensure a noise-free environment, and at night, the dogs are kept secured in their buildings.

Our cozy home spans 100m² on the ground floor. When you stay with us, our home becomes your home for a night, a weekend, or however long you choose to stay. We, along with our children and partner, will welcome you with a warm smile, joy, and good humor. Our guest house is spacious, tranquil, bathed in sunlight, and equipped with heating for the winter and cooling for the summer. We have kept the decor simple yet tasteful.

We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, and we welcome them to stay with us. However, we kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up after them for hygiene reasons. Their well-being remains the responsibility of their owners. Bed sheets and towels are provided by us, so you can travel light. Now, it's time to explore our beautiful premises. Remember, your pets are welcome within the rental, but their behavior and care are the responsibility of their owners.

If you are in need of a peaceful retreat to recharge and relax, then look no further than the Guest Room: Les Fougereaux in Chassenard (03510).

This charming farmhouse, secluded and without direct neighbors, has been fully renovated and modernized, offering accommodations for a maximum of 2 people. Situated amidst the countryside on a completely fenced 2912 m² plot, this century-old property boasts the following features:

The Veranda
The veranda serves as a cozy extra room, providing excellent protection for the living area. When the sun shines, its rays reflect on the windows, creating a pleasant warmth within the room.

The Living Room: Dining Area
This room consists of a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, as well as two cupboards, a buffet, and a fireplace with a wood stove for winter hot water production. Additionally, an electric water heater is available for summer use.

The Living Room: Lounge Area
The living room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a television, making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax.

The Bathroom
Currently undergoing a complete renovation, the bathroom will soon include a sink with a cabinet, a shower, two towel racks, a small piece of furniture with a braided rope basket, and a trash can. Bath towels are provided for guests.

Toilet
Completely renovated and separate from the bathroom.

Blue Ocean Room
The Blue Ocean Room offers a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with pillows and blankets, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe with ample storage space, and a chest of drawers with a decorative lantern. Bed linens are provided for the Guest Room.
