Description for B&B:
To begin with, it's worth noting that Colmar experiences the same amount of rainfall as Marseille, showcasing a unique microclimate. Your family-friendly accommodation features two well-maintained bedrooms, complete with a courtyard and garden. It is situated in a tranquil area of central Alsace, just on the outskirts of Colmar, only a 5-minute bus ride from the city center (with a bus stop just 100 meters away) and 8 km from the scenic wine route, leading to destinations like Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim. The two spacious guest rooms, each measuring 23 m², are located on the first floor. Each room offers a private bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Guests often praise my welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic nature, and I'm happy to provide recommendations for places to visit, hikes, walks, and other enjoyable activities, including a visit to the Maison Blanck wine cellar in Mittelwihr. You'll also find maps and brochures highlighting Alsace's historical and cultural attractions readily available.
For your leisure, the property offers a library, board games, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace in the courtyard. Guests are welcome to use the shared areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, pergola, barbecue, and kitchen, upon request. Secure parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
I offer a delightful breakfast, either sweet or savory, featuring my homemade jams, available early in the morning. This accommodation is perfect for two couples looking to enjoy each other's company in the evenings in the cozy living or dining room.
