This newly renovated studio-style chalet is situated on the slopes, facing southwest, at the heart of the resort. Located on the 6th floor with elevator access, it offers a panoramic view of the surroundings. Adjacent to the mall and cinema Péclet, you can conveniently pick up your slippers in the morning. A free shuttle service is available for travel within the resort.

The studio has undergone a complete renovation this year, designed in the style of an old wooden chalet. Everything inside is brand new. We prioritize cleanliness and require guests to leave the studio in impeccable condition. The satisfaction of all tenants throughout the season depends on this commitment. Cleaning for the entire season is taken care of by us.

With a capacity to accommodate four people, the studio features a sofa bed in the main room and two bunk beds in the entrance. The bed area is separated from the rest of the studio by a wooden sliding door, ensuring privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom is also newly renovated, and there is a separate toilet. A balcony with a veranda decorated with old wood offers a charming space to relax. Additionally, there is a ski locker in the building for storing your equipment securely.

Our studio is not classified, not because it lacks quality, but due to the bureaucratic process involved in the classification. The pictures speak for themselves in terms of its quality. The rental period is from Saturday to the following Saturday at 10 am. Rates include water and electricity and our rental is of high quality.

To book, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required, along with a security deposit of 400 euros. The security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the studio and inventory by the next tenant, provided there are no damages. Additionally, a tax payment to the Treasury of 0.90 euros per person per day is required. A lease agreement will be sent to you upon payment of the deposit.
