Description for Gite

Welcome to Gîtes des Camparros, where we offer two charming one-bedroom gites in a countryside setting near the A66 tollbooth and the Moulin de Nailloux. Our furnished tourist accommodation has been approved with a 3-star rating from the prefecture.

Our property boasts a large 300m2 garden, complete with a vegetable patch, orchard, and chicken coop. Just 5km away, you'll find a beautiful swimming lake with a water sports center offering pedal boats, paddle boats, canoes, slides, and inflatable games.

The Gite des Tournesols and Gite du Moulin are two independent one-bedroom apartments, perfect for 2 to 4 people. These apartments are located upstairs and equipped with air conditioning. The main room features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed (BZ 140x200), a color television, and a DVD player. The 12m2 bedroom includes two beds (90x200) that can be combined into a king-size bed (180x200). The bathroom offers a shower, vanity unit, WC, washing machine, and a heated towel rail.

In our "guest room" formula, we provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes sheets and towels, with the beds made upon arrival. We also offer end-of-stay cleaning services and even provide the first breakfast free of charge.

Stay connected with our WIFI internet access available in all accommodations. If you're traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide bed and baby equipment upon request, free of charge.

We are open all year round and have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, which increases to 5 nights during school holidays.

Here are the rates for a 2-night stay:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 150 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 160 euros
For each additional night at the Moulin, it's an extra 45 euros, and for the Sunflowers, it's an extra 50 euros (you can calculate the precise rate based on the duration of your stay).

As an example, here are the rates for a 7-night stay:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 375 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 410 euros

For the 3rd and 4th person (maximum of 4 people per gite), there is an additional charge:
- Children aged 2 to 12: +3 euros/night
- Adults and children aged 13 and above: +5 euros/night

Please note that there is a tourist tax of 0.88 euros per night per adult.

If you wish to bring your pets, please request permission from the owners in advance. There is an additional charge of 5 euros per night. We also offer electric vehicle recharge on request, with the owners' agreement, at an additional charge of 5 euros per night.
