Experience the perfect blend of authenticity and comfort during your holiday in Burgundy at our beautifully renovated old wine estate. Nestled in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, our stone house offers excellent conditions for a memorable stay.

The accommodations include a cozy living room equipped with Wifi, television, CD player, DVD player, books, and games. The dining room features a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a toilet and shower on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an old washbasin, one double bed, and one single bed. We provide all necessary bedding and towels, as well as baby equipment upon request. Heating is included for your comfort.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace with a garden table and chairs, or enjoy the peaceful inner courtyard and garden deck chairs. For those who love barbecues, we have a grill available for your use. Additionally, there is a garage for parking your vehicle.

We happily welcome small dogs to our property, as long as they are kept on a leash in the yard and garden.

Our location is ideal for exploring all that Burgundy has to offer. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. Discover medieval villages, majestic castles, and charming wine cellars. Play a game of tennis or go rollerblading on the nearby greenway. Experience the beauty of Burgundy with a stay in our charming guest house in Couches. Situated in the heart of the Couchois vineyard, our tastefully decorated duplex apartment offers a self-contained oasis for your vacation. Located just 30 km from Beaune and 20 km from Autun, this restored house is the perfect base for exploring the region.

Our spacious and comfortable bedroom can accommodate 2 or 3 guests, with a wash basin, WC, and shower for your convenience. The living room is furnished with a kitchenette, allowing you to prepare meals at your leisure. In addition, we provide a closed garage for your peace of mind.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. Whether you prefer relaxation, cycling, mountain biking, or table tennis, there is something for everyone. In Couches, you can also try your hand at shooting or tennis, or explore the local cellars, castle, and medieval village.

For those who prefer a more independent stay, we offer the option to book the cottage without breakfast. The price is €52 per night for 2 persons and €62 for 3 people, with a minimum stay of 2 nights in mid-season and 4 nights in high season.

Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.

To get to our property, follow these travel directions:

Begin by taking the A6 highway towards Lyon. Take the Beaune Hospices exit, which is exit 24.1 marked "Beaune Chagny." Once off the highway, follow the N74 road in the direction of Chagny. However, do not enter Chagny. Instead, continue on the D974 road towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. At Saint Léger sur Dheune, turn right and take the D978 road towards Couches. Before reaching the castle, look for a big wine-press and turn left onto the C10 road towards Origny. Drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see a big yellow house on your left-hand side. Turn left and our property will be easily recognizable on your right.
