This gite is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartments are fully equipped and include a spacious hall, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The gite is conveniently situated near the beautiful "body of water biotope" where guests can enjoy swimming with a stunning view of Mont Blanc. Additionally, there are excellent facilities such as a sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi available for relaxation.

During the winter season, guests can indulge in various Alpine activities including skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. There are also options for sleigh rides, guided tours of the village, childcare services, and a free ski bus for convenience. The gite is located at an altitude of 1000m in the center of Combloux village, with the ski slopes situated at 1930m. There are different ski packages available, including Combloux - Jaillet - The Giettaz with 90 km of slopes, Evasion Mont Blanc with 300 km of slopes, and Skipper Mont Blanc with 600 km of slopes.

In the summer, guests can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities such as horse riding, climbing, hiking, fishing, tennis, and mountain biking. There is also the option to spend a night in a mountain refuge, try archery or petanque, go on a 4x4 hike, practice yoga or gymnastics, attend an ice school, or experience thrilling activities like paragliding, canyoning, and rafting. Additionally, there are bus trips available for day or half-day excursions.
