The main house boasts two floors, with a separate entrance, loggia, and roof terrace, accommodating a maximum of 5 people. The first floor, spanning around 40m2, comprises three bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and double doors that open onto a loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom offers two single beds, while a small bedroom provides a single bed. There is also a bathroom and a convenient washing machine.

On the top floor, you'll find a spacious living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The high, open-beamed ceiling adds to the charm of this area. Double doors at the back open onto a French balcony, while sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. From this delightful patio, you can enjoy views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea beyond the nearby park's trees.

The guest apartment, located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and a back yard with southern exposure, accommodating 2-4 people. This spacious studio includes a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen/dining room with a door leading to the garden on the south side. Here, you can savor breakfast or dinner under the enchanting bougainvillea.

Conveniently, the beach is a mere 250 meters away from the front door.
