The room rate includes breakfast for 2 persons. The guest house is equipped with a bathroom, toilet, veranda, parking, and a beautiful garden. It is also accessible for handicapped individuals and welcomes pets (except reptiles).

Additional services include car rental and airport transfer. The guest house is conveniently located close to the city center and various institutions. Despite being somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, accompanied by the delightful sounds of birdsong. The hosts are friendly, creating a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. Children are welcome to stay as well.

Guests can enjoy a flexible arrival and departure schedule, with service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Amenities such as a fan, kettle, fridge, and cable TV are provided at no extra cost.
