Le Moulin de Sansonneche is located approximately 18km south of Aubusson, just off the D982 in the commune of GIOUX. Nestled in the valley of the Gioune river, this property sits on a 12.5 acre/5 hectare plot of land, predominantly covered in woodland. The river flows through the property, which is conveniently situated ¾ km away from the main road and accessed via a small bridge over the Gioune river. The Moulin de Sansonneche comprises the owner's accommodation and two independent Gites, both designed with a similar layout. The ground floor spans approximately 40 m2 and features separate kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, each measuring around 10 m2. Both Gites offer two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. Two of the bedrooms boast views towards the river, accentuating the property's scenic charm.
