One room features a comfortable double bed, while the other offers three single beds, including the option of a bunk bed for two. The first floor also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, a spacious and inviting living room awaits with its cozy open fireplace, creating a truly authentic atmosphere. The vaulted cellar adds an extra touch of character to the accommodation. Entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Private parking is available for your convenience, as well as a lovely garden area to relax in. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide mountain bikes and snowshoes. Within a 15-minute drive, you can explore remarkable sites such as the Chaudefour Valley, St Nectaire, Murol Castle, a beautiful lake, and the Puy de Sancy, as well as the Super-Besse ski resort. Electric heating is fuelled by consumption, with rates ranging from 30 to 70 based on usage.
