The gite is a charming independent house located on our grounds, classified with 3 Clès. It can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 8 with prior agreement) and has recently been renovated. The house features two delightful bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and a single bed, and the other with bunk beds and a single bed. Additionally, it offers a spacious salon with a dining table and chairs, a large fireplace, and a comfortable sofa that can also be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, and there is a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a private garden with a table, chairs, and a BBQ for enjoyable outdoor meals. On our premises, you will also find a refreshing swimming pool with a sun terrace offering panoramic views, as well as a table tennis table and expansive grounds that are bordered by a scenic river. The surrounding woodland and river vistas add to the beauty of the location. Furthermore, we have a bed and breakfast establishment with four bedrooms and a spacious suite. We are licensed to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
