You can expect a warm and friendly welcome at our newly renovated property. Each bedroom is equipped with private showers, washbasins, and toilets. Our large suite accommodates 4-8 people and includes a bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a salon, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, we have 2 separate toilets and a shared shower room for your convenience.

Located in a picturesque area of France, our property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding woodland and the River Cère, which borders our expansive grounds. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

We are proud to hold a full drinks license, allowing us to serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast is included in your stay, and we also offer evening meals upon request.

For your enjoyment, we provide a swimming pool and table tennis facilities, which are available for all our guests to use. Our grounds, spanning an acre, are beautifully situated along the river Cère and even include a small river beach for those who wish to indulge in river bathing.

Description for Gite

The gite*** is a charming independent house that has been awarded a 3-star rating by ClèVacances. It features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, as well as another bedroom with one single bed and a set of bunk beds. The house also includes a well-appointed bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience.

A highlight of the gite is its large living room, complete with a magnificent open fireplace. This inviting space also offers a double bed/settee and a small futon for extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. For added comfort during colder months, all rooms are equipped with electric wall heaters.

Additionally, guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis table, providing opportunities for leisure and recreation.

Directions

To reach us, start from Aurillac and take the N122 road towards Figeac. Keep driving until you reach Sansac de Marmiesse, and about 1 km after that, you will find us on the right side.

If you are starting from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. Keep driving until you see the turning to St: Mamet, and about 3 km after that, you will find us.

Please avoid using GPS or electronic plans from Aurillac and Figeac, as they may direct you down farm lanes.
