The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004 and is situated on a peaceful street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot. It offers a guest house divided into five rooms, accommodating up to four people.

On the ground floor, there is the Salle Bastide, a living room with a kitchen, a laundry room, and an inner courtyard adorned with plants.

The first floor consists of the Choisy room, suitable for two people and facing the courtyard, as well as the Bastérou room, also for two people and facing the courtyard. These two rooms have a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Additionally, there is the Plaisance room for two people, featuring a sitting area facing the street.

Moving up to the second floor, there is the Gajac room for two people, facing the street. There is also the Parasol room, which can accommodate two to four people and offers a sitting area facing the street. Similar to the first floor, these two rooms have a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Lastly, there is the Bourgade room, a small attic room suitable for one person. This room does not have a bath and can only be rented in conjunction with another room.

Each room is beautifully decorated with a cozy and personalized touch. They are equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, kitchenettes with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, as well as crockery and utensils. Other amenities include air conditioning, TV, stereo/CD, intercom, and Wifi.
